“I have worked with Savannah on a couple different occasions over the past 5 years. I've also worked with a number of other Pilates instructors during that time, and I came back to her because she is literally the best in the business. What I appreciate about her approach is that she is so specific and mindful in her work with me. She doesn't drift off during the repetitive bits, and she really cares about helping the people she works with. She asks diligent questions about how I am doing before each session, taking notes of areas that I am having issues with (I am recovering from an old spinal cord injury), and she incorporates them into the session. She mixes up what we do so that things don't get boring or too repetitive. And she is a genuinely nice and caring person, finding a way to keep pushing while not sounding dismissive or disconnected. In short, I highly highly recommend Savannah. You won't go wrong with her helping you.”
